Feel as though you're drinking through a firehose when it comes to email management? Jimmy and Lily breakdown a few Gmail tips to help you organize and streamline your email.

Labels are the first step to organizing, especially if there are certain peers or customers that you need to respond to immediately. Greg Wilson, Head of Cloud Developer Relations, wrote a great blog post (https://medium.com/@gregsramblings/ho…) that reviews his inbox and how he was able to tame it.

Lily takes a look at the integrated search to find Docs, Slides, and Sheets quickly without having to go to Drive, then search again. It takes you directly to the file, so you can share quickly. Alternatively, you can attach within the email through the Drive button near the attachment and formatting options.

Oftentimes, you'll notice a typo or sent the wrong attachment. No fear! Undo Send is a secret weapon to fix these quickly. Under settings you can adjust the wait time.

Did you know you can also schedule a meeting directly from a response? If the date and time are underlined, you can simply click on the option and add it to your calendar.
